The recto side of the leaf appears to be the hair side. The leaf is creased diagonally in the upper right hand corner (recto), with the crease running through about 1 square inch of text on either side of the leaf. Text in two colums of 30 lines of text on either side of the leaf, lineated in ink. Recto has number 206 or 246 written in pencil in roman numerals on the upper right corner.

Illuminated F capital: "FRatres: Iam {ephesios} | non estis hospites et |advene: sed estis cives sanctorum | et domestici Dei" (Ephesians 2:19)
Illuminated A capital: "Aunicuique nostrum data est | gracia: secundum men+| suram donacionis christi" (Ephesians 4:7)
Illuminated F capital: "FRatres: {ad romanos.} | scimus quoniam | diligentibus deum omnia | cooperantur in bonum: hijs | qui secundum propositum | uocati sunt sancti" (Romans 8:28).
Also in left margin (line 16) and in right margin <.: et agnicionis filii dei> (line 6) to be inserted after "unitatem fidei" (Ephesians 4:13). Also in right margin what seems to be the roman numeral 8. In the middle margin (line 3 and line 15) and (line 20).

Illuminated S capital: "Similitudo uultus | quattuor animali+| um. facies hominis et facies | leonis" (changed version of Ezekiel 1:5).
At the bottom of the b-column there are 6 lines of smaller text. The ink of this text has faded considerably so as to make it illegible in spots. "Con[t]atues eas principes | super omnem tuum memores erunt | nominis tui domine [?] [Fo]ro | patribus tuis nati sunt tibi filij | propter ea populi contitebuntur ti+ | bi [?] (explicit follows).
In middle margin <1.r'> (line 28), in right margin <:et quasi> (line 18), to be inserted after "ardencium" (Ezekiel 1:13). These marginal additions written in a cursive hand (late 14th or early 15th century?).
