The leaf is foliated in the top right hand corner of the recto side, in roughly contemporary arabic numerals, no. 132. There are 46 lines of text in 2 columns. The leaf is lineated in ink. At the top of the page, on both sides, is a header: on recto in blue the capitals "EL", on verso in red the capitals "DANI", so that in the manuscript the two facing pages would together have read "DANIEL." There is a small hole at the beginning of line 41 of the b-column (recto), two small holes at the bottom left margin (recto) and one small hole in the left margin (recto).
The ink is black, although somewhat faded on portions of the verso side. The chapters (chapters 7 and 8) are indicated by a large colored capitals and large roman numerals (VII and VIII). In the left margin next to each of these chapter headings are small marginal roman numerals (vij) and (viij)
