Folio contains records of cargo sales handled by Izcue and Arias, from ships harbored in the port of Callao between 1791 and 1801. Additional details were added to the records in 1802. The accounts include information about the owners of the ships, their captains, and the vendors of the merchandise.

The first three leaves of the folio contain an accounting of the cargo and passengers carried on the Divina Pastora to and from various ports on the west coast of South America. Leaf #18 contains an accounting of merchandise and moneys being carried to Spain on behalf of various merchants, including Francisco Izcue.
