Thirty two ms. recipies written in several hands. Manuscripts are from the archive of the Irvine family, lairds of Drum, Aberdeenshire. Recipies collected by Charles Irvine, a Scots merchant in Gothenburg, who was active in and traveled for the Swedish East India Company during the mid 18th century.
