Monsignor Vincents Strelevics (kneeling) at the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of his priesthood. Monsignor Strelevics served the Latvian Catholic parish of St. Paul - Minneapolis in the 1970's. Masses in Latvian were celebrated in the chapel of the Cathedral of St. Paul and at the Church of St. Agnes.
