Colonel Brown, United States Marine Corps, has reported for duty as professor of naval science and commanding officer of the Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps. He succeeds Captain Frank Bruner, who retired from the Navy last June. Before coming to the University, Colonel Bowen was assistant inspector general of the Marine Corps.
