Vlasta Vraz, overseas director of the American Relief for Czechoslovakia, visiting with a group of women in the town of Mokre Lazce in 1946 where the ARC had distributed milk, eggs and cocoa to children in need. This photograph was used in the ACR's 1946 fundraising campaign aimed at raising one million dollars for its activities planned for 1947.
