Uterine curette. Metal curette with screw threads on proximal end, long hollow shank, and tear-shaped fenestrated blade at the other end with a small circular opening into the shank of the instrument. Includes manufacturer markings:"G. T. & A. CO." Likely part of a set of three curette heads that would have threaded into a matching handle.
